Carbon Footprint Management Program

In an effort to monitor our carbon footprint and reduce Green House Gas emissions, we established our baseline carbon footprint in August of 2009. We continue to measure our carbon footprint annually in an effort to reduce total emission by 20% over the next 5 years. The following specific actions are part of this reduction effort

• Green procurement policy for all items purchased.
• 20% of our electricity will come from renewable sources by the end of 2011.
• 30% reduction of Natural Gas consumption from 2008 baseline by the end of 2011.
